Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations
Maps of Discovery offer an unconditional replacement policy on any damaged goods. In the unlikely event any item is damaged on receipt, please contact us straight away. On return of the damaged goods, we will undertake to replace like-for-like at no extra cost to yourself.
You may cancel your order before delivery
or within seven (7) days after the date of delivery.
- If you cancel your order before delivery, by contacting us either by email at: sales@mapsofdiscovery.co.uk or by telephoning: 01422 384605 and quoting your PayPal order number. We will refund you the cost of your unwanted products and any delivery charges.
- If you cancel your order within the seven days after the date of delivery, you must return the unwanted goods to us, Unopened and/or Unused" and in their original packaging within thirty (30)days of delivery.
- We will credit your payment card with the cost of the unwanted goods and any delivery charges within thirty (30) days of the date of cancellation, providing we have received your returned goods undamaged and in original packaging as per our policy.
"Unopened and/or unused" means just that – Unopened & Unused!
No refunds will be given on goods that have been used.
Delivery of goods:
We are committed to delivering orders as quickly as possible once payment has been received. Although we endeavour to deliver as soon as possible, seasonal fluctuations can cause delivery delays, therefore please allow up to 28 days for your order to be delivered.
